1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind Returns)
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
2. Returns in Connection with Complaints (Faulty or Defective Products)
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, or otherwise covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, please contact Thomas Jacobsen at [email protected] before returning the item.
- You must provide clear documentation (e.g., photos) showing the defect.
- If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- In cases of accepted complaints, you may choose between a refund, replacement, or repair (subject to product availability).
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at our return address.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
