1. General Information

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of products from Symbolik Art Prints (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.
Our business is based in Denmark and operates in accordance with Danish law, including the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Contracts Act.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products are described as accurately as possible.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the local currency whenever possible. If your local currency is not supported, prices will be shown and charged in EUR.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Mastercard.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We process and ship orders within our stated delivery times.
  • Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind Returns)

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.

6. Returns in Connection with Complaints (Faulty or Defective Products)

If your product is faulty, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact Thomas Jacobsen at [email protected] before returning the item.

  • You must provide clear documentation (e.g., photos) of the defect.
  • If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • In the case of an accepted complaint, you may choose between a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on availability.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • We recommend using a tracked return service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, and text on our website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of profits, resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.


10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
